Common Inspiration

“When we allow The Holy Spirit to have full access we are put in the right spaces and places. I'm excited about what God has in store for our cohort.” - G.T.

Our Mission:

To serve as a leader and model of how the church can thrive outside of traditional church walls. To learn from one another, support each other, and as a collective, find ways to become stronger and more attentive to the needs of our Christian community. Spark active dialogue at all levels within our communities,  explore and discover new approaches for unity and through becoming uncomfortable create enhanced models for demonstrating what are examples of Thriving congregations.

Goals/Outcomes:

  • Identify how your congregation is thriving or not

  • Jointly strategizing and plan implementation approaches to facilitate thriving objectives based on curriculum

  • Build a sense of community for all

  • Collectively identify approaches to strengthen leadership and governance practices

  • Establish and nurture deeper relationships with church leadership and community

  • Continue serving and growing our congregation spiritually

  • Use our programs as a model for mission partner churches

  • Specifically identify and engage with underserved congregations

Commitment:

2-3 people, with at least one person in a leadership position, attending our 6 Zoom meetings and 3 in-person retreats throughout the 2021-2022 year.

Meetings held on the second Monday at a tentative time of 7:30pm, going no longer than 2 hours.
