REV. LISA LOUGHLIN, ASSOCIATE MINISTER & CHAPLAIN

Rev. Lisa Loughlin was a practicing Roman Catholic until her early 20's when she was introduced to a Twelve Step Fellowship that changed her life. Eventually Lisa was led back to a relationship with Triune God and to First Congregational Church in Winchester MA (FCCW).

Each week in church Lisa felt a nudge towards serving unhoused persons. In 2017 she joined the Dwelling Place soup kitchen in her hometown of Woburn MA. In 2018 she began working for The Outdoor Church of Cambridge, with whom she had volunteered for almost a decade.

While engaging in all these ministries as well as Christian Ed offerings at FCCW, Lisa discerned a call to ordained ministry and in 2018 was awarded her Master's of Divinity from Andover Newton Theological School. She is working towards ordination in the United Church of Christ.
